Are you done, are you angry, are you sick to your stomach and a little sad?
Good. So am I. I cannot believe, and I admit I can be pretty naive, I cannot believe that we live in such a world and such a time, that we are turning food, basic raw materials food, not the processed junk which i could understand, into a commodity. I should have known this, I live in the Midwest where corn and soy are the joint rulers of the agricultural realm, and futures contracts allow the massive industrial farms, but it never really registered-to my great shame.
